Prices and Booking Information
Under no circumstances can we accept cats without an up to date vaccination card. Please check yours is valid for the time your cat will be with us.

Prices include: beds and bedding (but you may bring your own if you prefer), heated accommodation when needed, personal litter tray and meals are provided twice a day.
Food
All major brands are kept in stock including: Whiskers, Felix, Gourmet, Sheba, Go-cat, Purina, Iams etc.
Special Diets
Should you require speciality brands (Royal Canin, James Wellbeloved etc,) medicated food or special diets; we ask owners to provide your cats food for their time with us.
We do not offer a discount for providing your own food.
All our pens are constructed from UPVC, and all have individual heating and a raised, soft sleeping area. All our pens are generous doubles which can accommodate up to two cats (from the same family only). We also have the option with a few of our units to take out the divide between two, creating a spacious family pen which can accommodate up to four. Upon reserving a space for your cat, we will take the time to assess all their needs
Due to external economic factors from 1st April 2025, We have had to add a small price increase to keep your loved ones comfortable. Includes Heating in each pen, Bedding, food, and activity units.

We can offer an interconnecting pen if available, ask for more details.
Pickups and drop-offs available £5 each, outside Honeybourne extra 50p a mile.
Medication applied to food or injections, accepted at our discretion. No Charge.
We encourage you to bring your pet's own familiar bedding and toys so that they can feel at home during their stay. Our prices include , bedding, heating /cooling and food, all of our pens have individual heating units and activity centres with scratching Post.
Owners must produce an up to date vaccination certificate on arrival against feline flu and enteritis.
Unfortunately due to proximity of neighbours we are unable to board Siamese and Bengals.
All male cats over six months of age must be neutered.
Your cats up to date vaccination card will be kept by us during their stay.
Minimum stay - Fee 3 x days ( 2 nights )
Pricing charged Per Day & Not Per Night & include arrival day and departure day.
Pricing is fixed for the booking term & is non-negotiable.
Discounts may be applied to longer stays; however, the amount remains at our sole discretion.
We do not offer discounts on supplied foodstuffs provided by the customer.
Payment must be fully paid in advance or on arrival.
We accept payments by the following methods; Cash, Card or bank transfer.
