It is important that you read and understand these terms and conditions before you fill out the booking form and that you complete all the sections of the booking form in full or we reserve the right to refuse a booking and are unable to confirm availability for the booking.
Please read carefully as once you complete the booking form you are entering into a legal agreement with us.
We ask that all arrivals and departures are between our opening times and days.
We do not accept any un-scheduled arrivals or departures please telephone to obtain agreement from us.
If you have booked for a set number of days and collect early you will still be charged for the original booking duration, this is due to the tight booking schedules and we would suffer losses due to the pen being unoccupied unexpectedly.
If you are unable to collect or drop off you cat yourself, we will need confirmation from you via text or email with the name of the person collecting.
Please ensure the person doing so on your behalf is fully aware of our opening times and has appropriate funds to pay any required payment due, we will not discuss booking details or payment information with anyone other than the signatory on the booking form.
If you have more than one cat and the booking is for one pen sharing and they do not get along or require separate pens, these will be charged individually, only when cats share a pen is the concessionary rate charged.
We NEVER mix cats from separate families.
We remind you of your responsibility to ensure your cats are in good health at the time they arrive, and their vaccinations are fully up to date and are flea and worm free, we recommend that you treat your cat with flea and worm treatment prior to arrival.
The cattery has insurance and take exceptional care of every cat, in our care and in the unlikely event of a cat escaping, this establishment will not accept responsibility and the animal is boarded at the owner’s own risk. This also applies to any case of unexpected illness or death.
If any cat is taken ill, we will make every effort to contact the owners and their vet, however if we are unable to take the cat to their vet we reserve the right to use our registered vet and the cat will be taken immediately.
Any Veterinary fee are the responsibility of the owner and must be paid directly to the appropriate veterinary surgery.
By signing our terms and conditions you also agree to us sharing your information with the veterinary surgery you have listed on your booking form.
Your personal information is never used or shared for any other purpose than for your cat’s welfare and for booking purpose only.
All cats must have an up to date vaccination card and this must be brought with the cat on arrival, we will not accept any animal without this.
We will accept cats of all ages however they must be in good health and not diagnosed with any infectious diseases or terminal illness.
All male cats over six months of age must be neutered
We may accept cats who require medication, oral or via injection, however, due to the extra labour there will be a fee for this, and we may not accept all cases.
We ask you to make sure your cats flea and worming treatment is up to date, however, if we need to treat your cat for this you will be charged for our labour and for the medication
Please transport your cats in an appropriate carrier on arrival and we require you to leave it with us in case of an emergency.
We provide bedding however to help settle your cat you may wish to bring some bedding from home that your cat is used to.
We provide food bowls for your cats stay and ask you not to bring your own as they are at risk of being broken.
Cancellation
Booking forms must be completed as soon as possible either by email, post or in person .
Any bookings cancelled within 30days of arrival date will be liable of a charge for 100% of the fee of the original booking dates.
